At Comstock, campers enjoy the unique natural surroundings on the shores of beautiful Cayuga Lake. Day campers explore nature, challenge themselves with activities such as archery and fishing, try new things and make new friends.

Enchanted Forest   
July 6-10

Come join us for an enchanted forest adventure! Spend a week among the fairy folk and help transform Comstock into a mystical getaway! Build fairy towns, battle trolls, try to outsmart goblins and more! 

Ahoy Adventures 

July 13-17 

Campers entering Grades 1-8 

$350 per camper  

Calling all young pirates, sea explorers, and treasure hunters! Get ready to set sail for a week of swashbuckling fun! Ahoy Adventure is a high-energy, imagination-fueled camp where you'll embark on daily quests across the Seven Silly Seas. From crafting pirate hats and building cardboard ships to decoding treasure maps and going on epic scavenger hunts, every day is a new nautical adventure.  

The Great Dino Hunt 

July 20-24 

Campers entering Grades 1-8

Ever wondered how scientists discovered dinosaurs? Join our paleontology crew and uncover the secrets of the past! Each day, you'll dig for ancient artifacts, hunt for hidden dinosaur eggs, and build your very own museum collection. Stomp like a dinosaur, explore how different species survive, and decide which one is your favorite!  

Magic and Mischief

Everyone’s favorite theme is back at Comstock for one week only! Immerse yourself in a world of magic where witches and wizards must join to hone their wild magical abilities.   

Gnome You Didn’t 

August 3-7

Step into the enchanting world of garden gnomes, woodland creatures, and tiny hidden kingdoms in Gnome You Didn’t! This one-of-a-kind camp invites curious campers to shrink down their imaginations and explore the world from a gnome’s-eye view. 

H2-Oh Yeah! 

August 10-14 

Campers entering Grades 1-8

Get ready to dive into the wildest week of the summer! Be prepared to soak up the sun and make waves with epic water games, thrilling slip 'n slides, wild water balloon battles, paddle adventures, and surprise splash challenges! Whether you're racing through obstacle courses or chilling in a lazy river float, this week is the ultimate cool-down adventure. Grab your swimsuit, sunscreen, and best cannonball — We are ready to make a splash this week at Comstock!   

To Infinity and Beyond 

August 17-21 

Campers entering Grades 1-8 

$350 per camper  

Add-on: Overnight experience for $50 per camper 

Get ready, young astronauts — it’s time to suit up and launch into an epic space adventure! In To Infinity and Beyond, you will explore the wonders of outer space through hands-on activities, cosmic crafts, and intergalactic games.

  • Camper guides were emailed out to all campers. They include the packing list and other important information.

    Comstock Parent Guides

  • Camp Comstock is in the Finger Lakes Region in Ithaca, NY on Cayuga Lake. Most of our campers are from New York and Pennsylvania, but we have had campers come from all over the US!

  • Camp Comstock is offering day and overnight camp programs for the 2026 summer. Other day camps include Camp Hoover.

  • No! Our day camps are open to all genders, and we encourage campers to bring a friend!

  • Activities at Comstock include swimming, boating, archery, gaga ball, crafts, games, and more! Some activities are age-restricted.

  • Camp is $350 per camper per week.

    A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

  • No, camp registration is based on the grade that your camper is entering for the next school year.

  • Comstock has amazing views of Cayuga Lake! The lake is busy with other boaters, but we have a sectioned-off swimming area for our campers. The swimming area is divided into multiple sections. Campers will undergo a swimming assessment to determine their swimming ability, which will determine which sections they can go in. Water shoes are required to be worn by all swimmers. We have canoes, rowboats, funyaks, and sailboats.

  • Each week we will have a maximum of approximately 100 campers between day and overnight programs.

  • After registering for camp, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account with CampDoc. You will submit all health paperwork and complete all camper forms in your CampDoc account.

  • Yes, we honor 1 buddy request per camper. In your CampDoc account there will be a place to request a buddy. Please ensure both campers request each other. Buddies must be registered for the same program and be in the same age group. Not coming to camp with a buddy? No worries! Camp is a place to make new friends.

  • Absolutely! Camp is only for everyone (no adults), but troop members can choose to attend the same week. Interested in a troop camping experience for the whole troop including leaders? Check out all of our Troop Camps.

  • Yes, financial assistance is available for registered Girl Scouts. We want every Girl Scout to be able to experience camp regardless of their financial situation. Please register for camp first to hold your spot, and then submit this aid request form online.
